Help Put Gertrude Berg on a Stamp!

Did you know that anyone can suggest a stamp idea? It’s true! Ideas for new stamps are reviewed by the Citizen’s Stamp Advisory Committee and they are required to review all stamp suggestions mailed in. The Ciesla Foundation thinks it’s time Gertrude Berg had a stamp with her picture and we would like your help.

2009 marks the 110th anniversary of Gertrude Berg’s birth. That makes it a perfect year for the United States Post Office to issue a stamp in her honor. Write to the address below to suggest the idea.
